14 Video Clips
You will watch 14 video clips featuring everyday road scenes. Each clip contains at least one developing hazard.
How to Score Points
Click or tap the screen as soon as you see a hazard developing. The earlier you spot it, the more points you score:
- 5 points: Spotted very early
- 4 points: Spotted early
- 3 points: Spotted on time
- 2 points: Spotted late
- 1 point: Spotted very late
- 0 points: Not spotted or too late
Note: One of the clips contains two developing hazards, so you can score up to 10 points on that clip.
Important Warning
Do not click repeatedly or randomly! If you click too many times on a clip, you may score zero points for that clip, even if you identified the hazard.
Think carefully before each click. Only click when you genuinely see a hazard developing.
Passing Score
You need to score 44 out of 75 points to pass the Hazard Perception test.
Maximum possible: 75 points (13 clips × 5 points + 1 clip × 10 points)
